Privacy policy

This policy explains how Coldbrook's private productivity integration uses information authorized through Google.

Information accessed

When authorized, the integration requests read-only access to Google Tasks. Retrieved data may include task-list names, task titles, due dates, and completion status. It does not request permission to create, change, or delete Google Tasks.

Purpose and use

Google Tasks data is used to determine which tasks are due or overdue and to create private reminders and summaries for the account holder.

Storage, disclosure, and security

Authorization credentials are kept in an access-restricted environment. Relevant task titles and dates may be included in a private summary delivered through a third-party messaging provider, where they are subject to that provider's privacy and retention practices. Google Tasks information is not sold or used for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Tasks are retrieved when summaries are prepared. Copies appearing in delivered messages may remain according to the messaging provider's retention settings. Authorization credentials are retained while needed for the integration and can be revoked or deleted by its administrator. Associated messages are managed through the messaging service.

Your choices

You can revoke Google access at any time in Google Account connections. For data access or deletion inquiries, use the developer support contact listed on the Google OAuth consent screen.

Other account integrations

If other Google account features are authorized through the same application, their access and use must be described here before those features are enabled.

This website itself does not collect Google login credentials or request access to Google account data.
